Ethan Jay Ruch

October 12, 1959 - August 2, 2020

Ethan Ruch was born Oct. 12, 1959 to Rabbi Erwin Ruch and Diane Host. Raised mostly in the San Fernando Valley, CA!  A life-changing accident in 1969 defined his life forever!  He became a hero saving his 5 year old brother David but could not save his 8 year old sister Alissa Ann!  Thus, The Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation!

He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1981.  He became a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker and partnered with Joan in Royalty Mortgage Company!  Married Joan in 1988 and became father to Branden Borba and Brigitte Borba Wade.  They travelled to Peru in 1990 and adopted Anneli! He was an amazing PAPPY to Kaycie, Kaylie, Josie, Gracie, Ryelee and Kash.

Ethan was a very hard-working and kind man that provided well for his family!  He loved deeply and had a beautiful smile and easy-going demeanor.  His charm and sweet spirit was loved by all who met him!

Ethan had deep Faith in God through Judaism but became a completed Jew and fell in love with Jesus!  He had a massive stroke and went to heaven on Aug 2, 2020!  He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, Mother, Brother David, Sister Frani, and numerous relatives.  He will be greatly missed FOREVER!
