Loveta June Vasquez

February 22, 1939 - January 16, 2016

Loveta June Vasquez, 76, passed away peacefully January 16, 2016, after having the opportunity to spend adoring moments with her family. Loveta's employment career consisted of ten years as a school bus driver for handicap children, florist, Avon representative, and twelve years as a retail clothing store manager. She was a very sociable person that enjoyed time with friends and family. In her youth, she fared well in roller skating competitions. She enjoyed bingo and took it seriously by placing good luck charms strategically around her. She enjoyed traveling, a good long chat on the telephone, but most of all she loved to love on her grandchildren. Loveta was preceded in death by two of her children, Wanda and Steven. She is survived by her beloved husband Milton (Sonny); four children Rick, Larry, Relynn, and Lori; nine grandchildren David, Casey, Michael, Reshel, Jason, Julie, Jenny, Brian, and Steven; seventeen great grandchildren David, Jacob, Alyssa, Jaden, Austin, Kylee, Autumn, Melody, William, Joseph, Bobby, James, Emmalyn, Brennon, Cynthia, Johnny Jr., and Joshua. A memorial service will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Friday February 12, 2016 at the Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, California 92518.
