Douglas Hollander

I just learned this evening and am so sorry to hear of the passing of my friend and co-worker. I hired Ken at GS Roofing Products in the Commercial Roofing Sales in the 1980's. Over the years, I traveled with Ken, worked many a show and attended many a meeting where we palled around and socialized. I last spoke with Ken on Monday the 28th and we were to have lunch in Riverside yesterday. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ken's family Douglas Hollander

I am so very sorry for your loss. The Bible makes this comforting promise: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted, he saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) It also assures us: "Throw your burden on Jehovah, and he will sustain you." (Psalm 55:22) May these thoughts bring you a measure of comfort at this difficult time.

Michele Weinzetl-Ludewig
Uncle Ray was baptized Raymond Victor Weinzetl and was the youngest of five children born to Joseph and Margaret Weinzetl. He was nine yrs. older than me, but when we lived on Grandpa and Grandma Weinzetl's farm west of Iona, Mn., he was charged with keeping me occupied during the day. We chased the chickens. The rooster chased us. We climbed the ladder in the barn to the hay mow and looked for baby kittens and chickens sitting on a nest of eggs. Bet you didn't know chickens could fly. LOL. He picked up frogs from the little creek east of the house for us to play with, pushed me high in the tire swing, played with the kittens on the front porch and he loved me like a little sister. We moved to Fulda when I was old enough for school. He went to High School at Fulda High School. He joined the navy at a very young age, sixteen if I remember correctly.. His parents had to sign to give their permission. He used to bring me a little present from every country he visited. The most spectacular was a two foot tall walking china doll with moveable eyes that he purchased in Spain. He had the greatest laugh and always called me Snooks!. He was a gentle soul like his father was and kind -natured . I know you miss him terribly. He took good care of and loved you all with his whole heart and soul. If there is a lesson he leaves - it is that. Bless you all as you make this journey. With love and sympathy, Michele Weinzetl- Ludewig

Reynaldo "Ray" Vega

October 3, 1979 - March 14, 2016

Reynaldo "Ray" Vega graced this world on October 3, 1979, and our Lord saw fit for him to grace Heaven on March 14, 2016. A larger than life presence, in both physique and spirit, Ray finished his call on Earth with a passion to bring far-reaching, positive change through the testimony of God's hand on his life. A passion he could never have imagine already true. An artist by gifting, teacher from experience, and encourager through love; Ray believed there was no such thing as, "second chances," because forgiveness meant every new step was a first chance from God. Though Ray knew his early-life actions of struggle and pain preceded the surface of his reputation, it was his confidence in the truth of forgiveness that surpassed any reflection of his past, and allowed him to exemplify a life lived forward; to carry that message on through his daily words of encouragement and original works of art. Outside of family, The Forgiven Clothing Company remained Ray's greatest focus and drive toward success. The business that began with drawings on scraps of paper turned into a large scale symbol of hope for righteousness; a tangible reminder that deliverance and peace are within anyone's reach. Ray did not embark on a corporate journey to gain monetary success, but set out to change lives using the talents given to him by the One who changed his. He finished his journey a success. Ray joined his dad, Enrique Vega, who took Heaven as his home precisely four years before his son. Remaining here to follow one day are Ray's: Mother - Amparo Vega Wife - Carrie Jo Ashmore and daughter - Given Grace Ashmore-Vega Sisters - Lei and Gerdie Vega Brother - Henry Vega Nieces - Sunshine, Leiana, and Sky and nephews - Swan and Uriah Father-and-mother-in-law - Glenn and Paula Foster Uncles, aunts, cousins and friends-as-close-as-family, especially those of his childhood and youth who Ray loved so whole-heartedly, are too many in number to list, but hold no less importance in the memory of his life and the molding of the man he came to be. A Christian through profession of faith lived out in his daily walk with God through Christ, Ray never felt shame to publicly show love toward his Heavenly father. Though a formal member of Victorville First Assembly of God in Victorville, CA, Ray gained wisdom through teaching and the joy of friendships in numerous churches and faith institutions during his life, including: Angeleus Temple (Los Angeles), Phoenix First Assembly (AZ), Family of Faith (Phoenix, AZ), Los Angeles and Phoenix Dream Centers, and BAAD. He learned the fulfillment ministry provides while working with Metro Kidz in Los Angeles, and that planted seed blossomed into Ray's strive to live his life as a ministry. Again, he succeeded. Not one that loved Ray believed this day would come so soon. Not for a moment if here, however, would he allow for tears of anguish to weight down our souls. Today, we travel on to continue his legacy of love, encouragement, and forgiveness to the highest level he wanted to achieve, and hold Ray's memory close to us, until again his face we will see.

Robin Pratt

Even though it's been a while since we've seen each other cuz, I can't believe your gone. I'll always remember going down to visit and waiting for the parents to go to sleep so we could sneak out back to try and act grown ourselves. The first time I heard Sublime was when we drove to that park and that cassette, yup it was that long ago, became the anthem for my summer. I'll always treasure those times. Much love cuz and thanks for the good times.

To: Loli and Elena there are no word to say how sorry I'm for your loss. But that God needed another angel. Elena when we were kids your mom and dad would come over to our house. (Peggy and Victor Lopez). What I remember of Leuterio is that he was very shy as a little boy. He would always hide behind your dad. Now there all 3 together again TINO, VICTOR AND LEUTERIO Are our angles. THOSE WE LOVE DON'T GO AWAY, THEY WALK BESIDE US EVERYDAY

I'll still wait for those random phone calls in the middle of the day when you would always ask me what are you doing? Um, working duh lol because time had no impact on you, you were a free soul with no time constraints. I love you more than words can express and I'll miss you even more but I'll see you again someday and I can't wait to see the happiness in your eyes.
