Robert Eric Tubb Sr.

October 22, 1944 - June 8, 2016

Robert Eric Tubb Sr. (Bob) passed away in his home on Wednesday June, 8th. He attended El Capitan High School in 1962 and went on to serve his country in the United States Air Force for 22 years, retiring as Master Sergeant. He met his wife, Milagros Tubb, while stationed at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. The couple would later have two children, William and Robert. After retiring from the Air Force at Randolph A.F.B, Bob went on to work for General Dynamics in Egypt for 3 years as a fleet manager. He would later settle down and retire from the County of San Bernardino after 22 years, where he worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and reserve deputy. Bob spent the last years of his life with his wife and visiting family in Redlands, California. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his fellow veterans at the American Legion Post #650. He is survived by his wife Milagros Tubb, two sons; Robbie and Billy, and Grandchildren; Kirstyn, Sean, Trila, Damian, Richard, Greg, Alex, and Tim. Memorial Service for Bob will be held on Tuesday, June 21st at 1:45pm at the National Cemetery in Riverside, CA Staging Area #4 (please arrive 30 minutes early.) A celebration of life will follow at the American Legion Post #650 1532 Church St. Redlands, CA 92374.
