Marlin was born in Carroll, Nebraska and lived in Hemet for 27 years.
He is predeceased by his wife, Phyllis and son, Scott.
Marlin is survived by his daughter, Anne M Conley of Tennessee, son, Mitch, brothers Dave & Darel all of California and 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather and loyal friend.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm on Sunday, February 12, at Trinity Luhteran Church on Columbia Avenue in Hemet.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
