Flora Wilson

May 3, 1925 - July 8, 2017

Beloved wife for over 64 years, a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a friend to all died Saturday, July 8, 2017.  She was born in Turtle Creek, PA on May 3, 1925 and married William Wilson in 1953.

She is survived by her loving husband, William Wilson who resides at Sunlit Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, three sons, Bill Wilson (Diane Carmel) of Seattle,  Keith Wilson (Carol) of Rancho Cucamonga and Jeff Wilson of  El Monte, sister Liz Lesko  (Emil) of Fullerton, grandchildren Justin and Landon Borbon, Erica Kelly, and Debra Carmel Wilson, great grandchildren, Darian and Evrett Rycroft. She is predeceased by a son Paul Wilson (1989).

She was a Legal Secretary by trade and was Area Director of the San Gabriel Special Olympics for many years. After retirement she moved to Exeter and resided there from 1989 to 2013. She was an active member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Exeter and the Sons of Italy in Visalia as well as involved with the Lemon Cove Woman’s Club.

A woman who remained active in all her 92 years, a woman who loved to travel and live life to the fullest.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July ­­14,­­ 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul in Rancho Cucamonga. Viewing will take place before the funeral. Mom will be taken home to Exeter for her final resting place.
