Teresa Loayza

Teresa Loayza 73, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2018.
She was born on April 11,1944 in Camaguey, Cuba. She is one of four children
born to Argelia and Eduardo Ballagas. They came to the USA in 1952.
She met her husband, Julio Hernan in Los Angeles, CA in 1964 and got married on May 30, 1965. They were married for 50 years until her husband died on November 20, 2015. They had three children: Julio Lawrence, (who preceded her in death on December 8, 2008), Miriam, and Emanuel. She has three grandsons: Randall, Cody, and Samuel. She is also survived by her sister, Noemi Arroyo, her younger brother, Gabriel, (Her older brother, Juan, preceded her in death in 2006), and several cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
Teresa worked as a model and seamstress in her youth and later in life was a fashion designer/pattern maker. She designed clothing for herself, her family, and friends. She was a very talented artist and had drawn and painted oil portraits of family and friends. She enjoyed crocheting and loved all animals. She was a dog breeder for many years and had many dogs, cats, and birds during her lifetime.
Teresa loved life and enjoyed family gatherings, cooking, and was always a very gracious host. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She was a devoted wife, mother, aunt, daughter, sister, cousin, church member, and friend. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Her memorial service will be held on April 14th,
2018 at 3 pm at Ontario SDA Church 856 N Sultana Ave, Ontario, CA 91764.
