Loree Carol Bednar
December 10, 1937 - June 10, 2018
Loree Carol Bednar was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She lived a
full life and passed away peacefully at home after a year long illness at her
residence in Apple Valley, California at the age of 80. She was the daughter of
Charles A. and Madeline A. Azer. Loree attended George Washington
Elementary school, and graduated from John Marshall High school in 1956.
She was employed at Standard Oil of Ohio prior to her marriage in 1958. In 1973
she moved with her family to Farmington Hills, Michigan, returning to the Cleveland
area in 1974. She worked for a while with her husband at Kilgore Carpets in
North Olmsted prior to moving to Los Angeles, California in 1977, where
she obtained her real estate license.
In very rare moments, a spark of sunshine comes down from heaven
and goes into the heart of a human being. This happened the day Loree was born.
Loree was a very loving person, full of life and loyal to her family and
friends. She loved the Holidays, mostly the Christmas season. She always
went out of her way to make sure everyone enjoyed being in her home at that
time of the year. She was quite the Lady and was truly everyone's sweetheart.
She loved the little things in life such as children, especially the
babies, loved dancing, going to Vegas and bowling in the Tuesday-Vegas
mixed couples league.
She was an exceptionally wonderful Wife, Mother, Aunt,
Grandmother & Great-Grandmother. Everyone who met her came away with
an admiration of her sincere outgoing personality. You just could not help
yourself from loving and respecting her. Loree's endearing smile, sparkling
green eyes, infectious laugh, keen wit and grace will be sorely missed by all
who loved her. Yes, there were some down times in her life, but she overcame
them with a dignity & purpose that was unmatched. Overall she was the
rock, she was the wind beneath her family's wings and together they soared
above it all. If Loree loved you, she loved you all the way.
She is survived by her Husband Jon (Jack) Bednar, Sons
Thomas Michael, Bruce Patrick, Jon David, Daughter Judilyn Marie Bechthold
& Son-in-Law Curtis, Daughter-in-law Danielle Bednar, Grandchildren
Brittany Bednar, Andrew Bednar & Granddaughter-in-law Candace, Nicole
Bednar, Ryan Bechthold, Kyle Bechthold and Great Grandson David Bednar. She was
preceded in death by her parents and Sister Beverly Pick. She has joined them
in the eternal afterlife.
