Evelyn Mona Torres

June 5, 1939 - March 9, 2019

Her journey began on June 5, 1939, one of 4 siblings Patricia, Bill (Peggy), Richard (Rachel) born to Patrick and Nellie Sanchez. She spent most of her life in Pomona, CA where she raised 6 of her children Lupe (Jimmy), Nellie, Alex (Tisha), Teresa, Kenny (Dianne) and Manuel. She had 13 – Grandchildren, 21- Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.  She loved them all unconditionally.

Evelyn came to know Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. She loved the Lord. She always remembered everyone’s birthday she also loved collecting Betty Boop and Indian memorabilia. Her passion was collecting Family photos and saving them on her phone and always sending her special texts to everyone.

Evelyn was loved by so many and always willing to help others. Evelyn will be greatly missed.

Evelyn entered Eternity on March 9, 2019.
