JoAnn Shriver

May 25, 1933 - March 27, 2019

JoAnn Shriver, 85 passed away on March 27, 2019 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  JoAnn was born on May 25, 1933 in the city of Inglewood CA. Her parents were Tony and Anna Rooten.

A Celebration of Jo Ann’s life will be held on April 26, 2019 from 12PM – 3PM in the Creative Corner Room of the Goldy S. Lewis Community Center at Central Park, 11200 Baseline Ave. Rancho Cucamonga 91701.  All are welcome to attend, with lunch being served at 12:30PM.                                                                                                                         

JoAnn was born and raised in the city of Inglewood CA, and it is where she met the love of her life and her future husband Russell Shriver, who was in the U.S.M.C.  Over the course of their fifty year marriage they lived and raised their children in the cities of Vista, Santa Ana, Westminster and Rancho Cucamonga CA.  Russell passed away in 2001 in Rancho Cucamonga.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

JoAnn is survived by her children Tony (Sharon) Shriver of Dolores CO, James Shriver of Desert Hot Springs CA, Sally (Bob) Blankenship of Ontario CA; grand-children Nick, Lori, Eric and Russell; great-grandchildren Ethan, Tyler, Connor, Carter and Nolan.  She was proceeded in death by her husband Russell, her sister Wanda, oldest son Steven and grand-daughter Beth Blankenship.
