Lai Sim Tam 

December 26, 1923 - November 10, 2019

A visitation and rosary will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 10am at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 877 N Campus Ave in Upland, CA. Immediately following will be the Funeral Mass, also at St Joseph's Catholic Church.  The family will proceed to Bellevue Memorial Park for a Graveside Service, 1240 West G Street, in Ontario, CA.
