Born in Riverside, CA to Cleofus and Cruz Gurrola. Survived by her husband Manuel G. Mendoza, daughter Salinda Padilla and husband Jesse Padilla, son Manuel Mendoza Jr and wife Gheiza Mendoza, grandchildren Ryan, Jacob and Mikayla Mabie, Katherine and Hannah Beth Mendoza, step-grandchildren Addisen and Caiden Padilla and Jessica Rosales , sister Mary Sullivan and many, many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents Cruz and Cleofus Gurrola, sisters Frances Zamora and Josephina Gurrola, brothers Juan, Ysidro, Feliz, Joe "Blobby", Manuel, and Jesse Gurrola. The Family would like to thank Belmont Hospice for their outstanding care and attention to her needs. Services will be held Thursday March 19, 2020 at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church in Riverside, CA, with a rosary at 9:30 a.m. and mass immediately following at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the Elks Lodge at 6166 Brockton Ave., Riverside, CA. A private burial will be scheduled at a later date.
