Mark Larson was born
on March 14, 1959 in Evanston, Illinois to Robert
and Rosemarie Larson.
He spent his early childhood in the Chicago, IL
area before moving to
CA with his parents and family. Mark attended
grammar school in the
Alta Loma School District and graduated from Alta
Loma High School in
Alta Loma, CA. Mark was a percussionist in the band
and played on the
high school tennis team and later taught the game
throughout local
sporting programs.
Mark was an avid
music lover and was a composer and performer who
traveled to Russia in
cultural exchange programs with a troupe of American
performers who shared
traditional music, dance and other artistic
performances. He was
known for his quick wit, his laughter and smile, and
his kindness to
others.
Mark relocated to
Oregon where he continued his musical arts with
performances around
the U.S. He returned to the Inland Empire in 2008
where he continued to
raise his daughter, distribute his music, and He
enjoyed the outdoors
and spent a great deal of time in the southern
California desert,
until he became ill and his subsequent passing on
November 27, 2020.
Mark was preceded in
death by his mother Rose Larson. He is survived by
his daughter Brandy,
father Robert, brother Bill (Robin), sister Linda Seguy
(Mike), and numerous
nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and
friends all around
the world. A family interment service will be held in
December , 2020.
