Robert Anthony Saldana
April 12, 1962 - February 19, 2021
Robert Anthony "Tony" Saldana
Born 4/12/1962, passed away on 2/19/2021 in Colton, CA from his battle with Cancer.
Anthony
was survived by his mother Barbara Lozano, stepdad David Locano, father
Robert Saldana, daughter Mary Ann Saldana and companion Katherine
Vildosola.
Siblings;
Cindy Ramirez, Debbie Soto, Gina Atilano, David Lozano Jr, Maria
Jauregui, Lisa Taylor, Tommy Saldana, Julie Caples and many nephews and
nieces, first and second generation.
Anthony
graduated from Colton High School in 1980. He worked as a Carpenter
Journeyman and was a member of the Carpenters Union for many years. He
loved the Cabinetry profession and was a skilled cabinet installer.
Anthony
was known for all the different team hats and football jerseys he would
collect and wear. He loved food and was an excellent cook. He loved
attending lowrider car shows or just kicking back with friends and
family. He was always down for a good time.
If
you were lucky enough to spend time with him, you would know his
infectious laugh would always put a smile on your face. He knew how to
leave an impression with everyone he met. He was adventurous, generous
when he could be, a jokester and most of all daring. He always had that
expression on his face like "what am I going to get into today?" Since
he was a little boy, Anthony was always on the go and always looking for
adventure.
We
will remember Anthony not only for his struggles in life, but for his
amazing heart that always shined through. He knew the Lord was always
there for him and would one day guide him home.
We
know there are many stories that family and friends have about him as
he crossed paths in people's lives. Our family's most heartfelt wish
for him is that everyone that knew him for a long time or even just a
short time, that you remember the GOOD memories you have together, and
you end up with a smile on your face and say, "Aye Anthony."
