Joe Juan Bernal

January 11, 1927 - February 6, 2021

 Jose Juan Bernal (Joe), 94, born January 11, 1927 to his mother Gregoria Estrada and father Jose  Bernal. Joe was a life long resident of Colton, CA. Joe was an exceptional man, he was a hard worker and committed to his family. He served for the USA in 1945 during WWII, he fulfilled his duty in 1946, the Army discharged him honorable  and he received two medals for his time of service. Joe worked for Santa Fe Railroad where he completed 45 year of service and retired in 1989. He  was married to his loving wife Trinidad M. Bernal  on August 21, 1948 till she entered into eternal life in August 2000. They were blessed with 3 sons Joseph, Jimmy and Marcelino Bernal all of Colton. He entered into everlasting life February 6, 2021 to join his wife, son Joseph and all the other loved ones that have passed. Joe was blessed to be in home with loved ones. He is survived by his sons Jimmy and Marcelino  Bernal, 7 grandchildren ( 14 great grandchildren), Deena Bernal (Dayley, Lone, Violet and Indigo  ), Aaron Bernal (Presley and Jackson), Angelo Bernal, Julia Bernal-Bass( Trinity and Faith), Jennifer Bernal (Isabella and Victor Jr.), Virginia Olade (Nicolas and Elias), Gregoria Kleespies (Vincent and Ezekiel) and many more loved ones.

Funeral service will be held at Hermosa Gardens Cemetery, 900 N. Meridian Ave.
Colton, Ca 92324 on March 3, 2021. Viewing/rosary will be held at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and will proceed to his place of rest for a final blessing at 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with reception to follow information to follow at service.
