Rudy Mendez Bernal

    Rudy M. Bernal, 85-year-old life time resident of Colton, passed away July 31, 2021

at Pico De Loro: Assisted Living Facility in Perris California.

He was born on July 02, 1936. He graduated from Colton High School. In his

younger years he enjoyed oil painting and bodybuilding. He held a Custodial

position with CJUSD from which he retired after many years of service. He lived

the remainder of his life doing the things that brought him joy, eating out, going to

the movies and watching his favorite shows on his big screen TV. He was preceded

in death by his Father Cleofas Bernal, Mother Guadalupe (Lupe) Bernal, Wife

Victoria (Vera) Avila Castro Bernal, Brothers: Ramon Sanchez, Robert (Pasquale)

Bernal and Steven Bernal. He is survived by his sister Ofelia Connolly (Bernal), 4

Nieces and 1 Nephew, 5 grandnieces and 2 grandnephews, 5 great-grand nieces

and 3 great-grand nephews and many cousins.

Interment at Hermosa Cemetery, Colton California.

Service and burial will be private.
