Richard Allen Quist 

March 23, 1935 - October 4, 2021

Richard Allen Quist, 86, of Riverside, CA died on 10/04/21. He was born on 03/23/1935 in Minneapolis, MN to Mendel Quist & Lilyan Wikstrom.

Early in life, Richard was selected to enroll at the FBI academy, and then he enlisted into the USAF armed services for 21 years, obtaining the rank of captain holding positions in both military intelligence and personnel, retiring on 01/31/1975.

Later in life, he worked as a steel salesman for 20 plus years and retired owning his own steel company. He was an avid world bridge player who was active in traveling to many tournaments. Richard is survived by his daughter Cindy and sons Gary & Paul, his sister Beverly and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Tina.

Funeral services will be held by Inland Memorial on 11/22/21 @ 10:30 am at the Riverside National Cemetery with Pastor Glen officiating. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Wounded Warriors.
