Mark McKenzie Bonnell of Hemet, CA, age 63, a brilliant
fabricator and welder with an astonishing talent for mechanical
problem solving, died at his home in Hemet, CA, on June 4,
2022. Born to parents Hugh McKenzie Bonnell and Ellouise
Bonnell on January 6, 1959 in Riverside, CA, Mark grew up in
Southern California where he continued to live for most of his
adult life. He attended high school in Moreno Valley, CA, and
early on exhibited aptitude in a host of areas including music,
athletics, and technical problem solving. He also had a great
fondness for animals and loved his dogs "Schlock" and
"Dweezil" and his pet rat "the Weeper," names he chose himself
in his unique style. He is survived by his daughters Kristin
Krell, Sharon Klink, son Brian Krell, five grandchildren Luke,
Macen, Bonny, Ivan, and Iris, siblings Criss McKenzie Bonnell,
Munro McKenzie Bonnell, and Cherina McKenzie Guzman. He
will be missed by those he loved and those who loved him.
