Evaristo Salgado

October 26th, 1950 - March 28th, 2023

We are sad to announce the passing of Evaristo Salgado, formerly of Colton CA. He died at the age of 72 years on March 28, 2023.
Evaristo Salgado passed away surrounded by his loved ones after a heart attack. He is survived by his wife, Maria Lourdes De Salgado. His daughters; Antonia, Carmen and Magdalena. His sons; Jorge and Evaristo. His sons in law; Juan and Ramon. His daughter in law Elena. Grandchildren; Yarezmi, Yazmin, Yaqueline, Lucas, Julio, Manuel, Madeline, Nataline, Wendoline, Rudy, Gage, Fernando, Lesley, Maria Fernanda, Nicolas, Vanessa, Daniel, Angel, Melissa, Lizabeth, Juan, Jesse, Jovany and Santee. Great Grandchildren; Levi, Asher, Adeline, Rudy, Joseph and Julian. His brother Francisco Salgado and sister Irene Salgado.

Evaristo is preceded in death by his parents Juan Salgado and Maria Robles.
His sisters; Asuncion Salgado and Maria Elena Salgado and his son in law Fernando Sanchez. 
Evaristo worked as a plasterer at C&R Sons Construction Co for more than 35 years, and he resided in Colton CA for 32 years. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. His most precious treasure was his family and having them over to eat together. His best qualities were his big, bright smile and his service for others. 

First service will be held at Hermosa Gardens Cemetery from 

4:00pm - 7:00pm Wednesday April 19th.
A second viewing will be held from 10:00am - 11:30am Thursday April 20th, 2023 at 

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 250 E Laurel St in Colton CA 92324.
Followed by the funeral at Hermosa Cemetery 

900 N Meridian Ave in Colton CA 92324 at 1:00pm.
