Prem Tiwari 

July 5th, 1947 - October 25th, 2023

Prem Tiwari, 76, of Rancho Cucamonga, passed away peacefully on October 25th, 2023, at her residence.

Prem was born on 07/05/47 to Parents the Late Rev Kunji Lal of CNI Church and Sushiela K Lal in India. She completed her schooling and nursing education in India, and after graduating, she moved to the United States in 1974 and began her nursing career of 40 years. She had a passion for helping the sick. She always thought of others and had a beautiful smile that touched many lives. She was a caring and loving person who loved her family and ensured they were always cared for. She met her husband, Babu Lal Tiwari, and they were married for over 40 years. They had three children: George Tiwari, Harry Tiwari, and Janet Tiwari.

Prem loved gardening and sharing her gardening tips with everyone. She was an excellent cook and affectionately loved preparing meals for others. She enjoyed drawing as a teenager and spending time with her family in India. Over the years, Prem sponsored several families from India. Today, we see the fruit of her willingness to help others through generations of living the American dream.

Prem is the oldest of six siblings and a pastor’s daughter. Her mother, Sushiela K Lal, is 96 and lives in India. Prem recently visited her mother in India, where she could spend precious time with family and friends. Her siblings are Prakash Masih K Lall, Prem Masih K Lall, Prem Lata Orchard, Sheila Fredericks, and Promila Kotiar. Prem has three grandchildren: Simran Tiwari, Adam Tiwari, and Kashton Ram. Her daughter-in-law is Anita. 

Prem lived her life with empathy and kindness, and today, we celebrate her life knowing we will see her again one day in Heaven. Many will miss her, but her life is now etched in our lives forever.

Her life will be celebrated on November 17th @ 2:30 pm @ Bellevue Memorial Park, Ontario, CA.
