In loving memory of Carmen Serrano, who passed away peacefully on December 2, 2023.  Carmen was 74 years old at the time of his death.  On the day he passed, he was lovingly surrounded by his family.  He grew up in Colton, graduating from Colton High School in 1967.  He went on to work for Cal Portland Cement for 43 years.  He enjoyed his time at Cal Portland where he met and worked with many that he considered lifelong friends. He retired from Cal Portland in 2012 when he then transitioned to his new job as a full-time grandpa.  He enjoyed adventures with his family,  meeting friends for lunch, and watching

old movies and other vintage shows. He is survived by his three daughters Lisa Serrano, Dee Dee Lawrence, Jenny Romero, two granddaughters, five grandsons, one great-grandson, his sister Sally Braniff, and his Brother Sammy Serrano.  The following services have been scheduled:  Funeral Mass on January 5th, 2024 at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church 1106 N. La Cadena, Colton, Ca 92324, Gravesite service on January 5th, 2024 at 11:30 am at Hermosa Cemetery 900 N. Meridian, Colton, Ca 92324
