Big Frank" and lovingly referred to as "G-PA" by his grandchildren, passed away peacefully at his home in Rialto, CA, on April 21, 2024, at the age of 71. Frank was born on November 4, 1952, in Juarez, Mexico, and throughout his life, he touched the hearts of all who knew him. A memorial service to honor Frank's life will be held at Inland Lighthouse Church in 1123 S Cactus Ave, Rialto Ca, 92376
