Betty Jean Pratt

December 07, 1930 - November 16, 2024

Our beloved Betty Jean Pratt ascended into Gods hands on November 16,2024. Her life journey was long and took many turns, but always there was her friendly warmth. Born on December 7th, 1930. Pearl Harbor was her 11th Birthday. Born and raised in Colorado coal camps of Rugby, BigFour and Tioga. Her and  four Siblings where Raised by Henry and Josephine Topping. James, Viola, Margeret, and Jody were sibling. Only Jody Coca is still living. She Married Dale Lucero in 1948 and had four children, Josephine Lucero, Debra and Mark Cameron , Bruce and Doreen Espinosa Lucero, and Myra Richard John. She was blessed with 15 grand and great grandkids. All of them loved deeply by her. Betty became a nurse in 1976.Working at Walsenburg Nursing Home and at FHP in California. Throughout the years at both places of employment so many were truly touched by her kindness. Patients and co -workers alike.

Betty spent retirement years traveling and enjoying time with second husband Bill Pratt. She spent her final years living with Bruce and Doreen in California. God Bless her Soul and comfort all of  family and friends. Amen 🙏
