I
met Mike in junior high and stayed friends through High School. Mike was such a
great friend... He always had a way of making me laugh with his constant jokes.
RIP Mike... you will truly be missed by many... Annette Sandoval Velazquez The
Dash I read of a man who stood to speak At a funeral of a friend He referred to
the dates on her tombstone From the beginning to the end He noted that first
came the date of her birth and spoke the following date with tears, But he said
what mattered most of all was the dash between those years For that dash
represents all the time that she spent alive on earth. and now only those who
loved her know what that little line is worth. For it matters not how much we
own; The cars, the house, the cash, What matters is how we live and love And
how we spend our dash.

Mike
West, So many memories in only nine months of knowing you at ancon marine. It's
crazy how nine months can seem like a whole lifetime of knowing you. Our three
man work crew you, me, and Stephen everyday together made my day so much better
and made work actually seem fun. Words can't describe how much I miss you, how
much you meant to the company, and just how great of a friend you were. I'm
thinking I should have let you won our race we had a couple months ago haha. I
really looked up to Mike, and I looked at him as a best friend. We told each
other everything, and he always helped me to keep my head up in every way through
any hard times. He would do anything and always knew what to say to anyone that
needed anything. He was always positive and had no filter. You love that and
hate that haha. He was always reciting song lyrics and applying them to
different scenarios throughout the work day. I can honestly say anyone who knew
him lost a tremendous man and it definitely feels empty without him. Sincerely
and respectfully, Chris Gray. Aka- GREEN BAY Ancon Marine. See you later G.

In
memory of Mike. I meet Mike in 7th grade at Alvarado junior high in Rowland
Heights. We stayed friends throughout our early growing pains through junior
high and High School. He was always a sweet and respectful guy. He tried many
times to be more than friends but always understood his boundaries and that
wasn't easy as a young boy. We stayed friends throughout High School as I can
talk with Mike about anything as he always felt to be a big brother to me. The
last fun time I had with Mike was when we went to the Rolling Stones Concert in
September 1994 along with my husband David, Sister Sylvia and husband Russ
Chase and a few others all driving there in our New R.V, it was a crazy night
driving all in one vehicle to the concert and Mike was the same as we were in
High School. He was funny and a gentleman. I ran into him now and then as he
was friends with my brother in law Russ Chase and as always it was good to see
him. His personality always remained the same as in high school a soft spoken
kinda guy. I will miss seeing you Mike from time to time. Our 35th class
Reunion is this June and I'm going to include you in our remembrance of our
fellow class friends. Your friend, Rosie (Rey) Tardivel Class of 81
