Ralph Calhoun

Ralph Calhoun, 66, of Riverside passed away unexpectedly at 9:58am, Friday, May 27, 2016 at Alta Vista Rehabilitation Home. He was born February 16, 1950 to Ralph and Patricia (Murphy) Calhoun. Ralph was a Dispatcher and Operations Manager for Griley Freightlines and Air By Chess for many years. Ralph was a proud veteran that served two tours in Vietnam with 19th Arty 1st Armd Division 4th US Army Btry C 3D BN. On March 11, 1974 in Torrance California he married Melanie (Peck) Calhoun, who proceeded him in death. He is survived by his sister Charlotte (Calhoun) Goodson, his three children Ralph, Allysa and Danielle (Calhoun) Khuller, and 2 grandchildren, Karissa (Calhoun) Hillery and Angel Calhoun. Proceeding him in death were his father Ralph, mother Patricia, wife Melanie and brother Patrick Walls. There will be a celebration of life held on Friday, June 3, 2016.
