Jerry William Schwartz, Age 64 passed away on October 7th,
2017 surrounded by his loved ones at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Ontario, CA.
Jerry was born November 14th, 1952 in Torrance, CA. to
Mildred and James Schwartz. He is
survived by his Wife, Donna, two sons, Michael and Ryan and his two grandson`s,
J.W. and Trevor, his three sister`s and brother-in-law`s Kay & Tim, Bette & John and Barbara
& Hal and daughter-in-law Claudia. He was a loving Husband, Father,
Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside
us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and
very dear. He will always be in all of our hearts and will be forever missed.
