Candice (Kandy) Silva Almgren 74 passed away on June 27, 202 at Kaiser Permanante Hospital, Riverside.
Kandy was born and raised in Lynwood by her loving parents Steve and Esther Silva, before spending most of her adult life in Woodcrest.
Kandy is survived by her daughter Peg Ashford and son in law Ron, her son Darrell Almgren and daughter in law Lorie, and grandchildren Taylor, Elizabeth, Alexander, Haylie and Chase.
Kandy had many friends who we know will miss her greatly.
Special thanks go to the staff at Kaiser and Kandy’s neighbors who offered so much help and care during her final months.
