Sonny will be remembered as a Loving son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, step-father,
and friend. During Sonny’s youthful 76 years of life his accomplishments were many. Sonny
believed in God, flew and raced pigeons for most of his life. His interest in pigeons started as a
youth on the rooftops of Brooklyn, NY. Sonny invented a spare tire lock, was an electrician,
worked on fishing boats and fish, was a short-order cook, learned how to build a home
alongside his dad, worked on automobiles as both a hobby and a profession. He retired from
George Chevrolet as a Service Manager, after more than 20 years of service.

After retirement from the automobile industry, Sonny opened a pigeon business named Doves
for You. This business kept Sonny gainfully and happily occupied. Sonny released beautifully
trained white pigeons for many different occasions and ceremonies. Including funerals,
weddings, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, grand openings, high school graduations, etc.
Yes, the pigeons always flew back home to their pigeon loft.
Marc one of Sonny’s many friends, said I will miss that man so much, Sonny was an inspiration
to me and many others. Ditto Marc…
